The owners and residents of The Plaza on State Condominium welcome your inquiries about our building and homeowners association.  Our West Building consists of 39 residential units on three floors, plus one commercial unit on the ground floor.  Our East Building consists of 42 residential units on three floors, making a total of 82 condominium units in both buildings.  Most units are owner-occupied, since a cap has been placed on the number of rental units.  Our condominium Declaration was filed November 14, 1995.
      Our condominium units vary in size from 697 to 1681 square feet.  Most units have gas fireplaces and all have balconies or patios.  Some have air conditioning.  All units have garage storage areas and some have separate storage rooms within the building. We pride ourselves on our beautiful plantings in our plazas and perimeter planting beds and on the artwork in our hallways.
      We love our close proximity to activities in downtown Kirkland--the library, swimming pool, Senior Center, Kirkland Performance Center, and Peter Kirk Park are literally across the street.  Parkplace Shopping Center and the Kirkland Waterfront are only a couple blocks away, along with many restaurants, art galleries, gifts shops and services such as banks, investment firms, insurance and attorney offices.
